Neil is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) through the Financial Planning Institute and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning through the University of the Free State. Neil is also an Admitted Attorney, holding an LLB qualification through the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Neil has been in the Financial Planning Industry since 1998, and is a representative Adviser in, and Key Individual of Naviganti Financial Planning Pty (Ltd) since 2002.

Byron is qualified as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) through the Financial Planning institute and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning through the University of the Free State, as well as a B.Com Degree. Byron has been in the Financial Planning Industry since 2016, and is a representative Adviser and Head of Advice in, as well as Key Individual of Naviganti Financial Planning Pty (Ltd).

Monique holds a Diploma in Accounting from Oxbridge Academy and is working towards obtaining her B.Com Compliance and Risk management degree through Milpark Education. Monique has multiple years’ experience in the Financial Planning Industry and is the Head of Compliance & Business Operations at Naviganti Financial Planning Pty (Ltd).

Kim is qualified as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) through the Financial Planning Institute and holds an Advanced Post-Graduate Diploma in Estate Planning and Risk Management through the University of the Free State. Kim has been in the Financial Planning Industry since 2007, and is a representative Adviser in, and Head of Admin at Naviganti Financial Planning Pty (Ltd).

Andrea has completed her NQF6 Advanced Certificate in Financial Planning through Milpark Education. Andrea joined Naviganti in 2014 and is a Para-Planner.

Thembi is working towards completing her BCom in Public Procurement Management through UNISA. Thembi joined Naviganti in 2023 and is currently a Para-Planner.

James is working towards completing his NQF6 Certificate through Milpark Education. James joined Naviganti in 2025 and is currently working toward becoming a Para-Planner.
Admin Supervisor
Lize-Marie is working towards completing her NQF5 Certificate in Financial Planning through Milpark Education. Lize-Marie joined Naviganti in 2021 and Co-leads the Administration Team.
Shenley has been part of the Naviganti team since inception and is focused exclusively on the Financial Administration of the business.

Chantel has multiple years’ experience in the industry. Chantel joined Naviganti in 2023 as part of the Administration team.
